Terms and Conditions

Artizen Jewels will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions:
  • Contact me within: 15 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs


All marked down jewelry will be a final sale.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days after your purchase date. You must notify us & have the package shipped out to us within the 30 days time frame. Your order must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. We will issue a refund upon inspection to ensure that the product returned is in its original condition. Please package your return properly to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any lost packages being returned to us.

We do NOT accept returns on custom orders, such as our custom birthstone pendants and jewelry that has been custom designed for you.

If the order is not shipped back out to us within the 30 days after the purchase date, we will not accept the return, no exceptions.

On the package, please include your order number. Your order number is the Return Authorization number.

Please send all returns or exchanges in its original packaging. Ship returns using tracked postal or courier service, please do not send in regular mail as we are not responsible for lost packages.  USA customers, please ship returns back via USPS only. Canadian customers, please ship via Canada Post. Please contact us for additional shipping information.

We will process your return after we receive the return package. Please note packages could take up to 21 business days to arrive back to us, not including custom delays.

If you are returning the package for a refund, we will only issue a refund for the product. We do not refund initial shipping fees unless we made an error, or the product arrived damaged.

If you are returning the package for an exchange, please note that shipping fees will apply, unless we made an error and sent an incorrect product.

If the order is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Please ship the order back to us and we will send you a replacement order, free of charge. However, shipping fees will still apply.

If you wore your jewelry and accidentally broke it, we can offer you repair services for a flat fee. The fee will depend on the damage. We do not offer refunds on jewelry that was damaged by your normal wear and tear. You will have 3 days to inspect your jewelry. Please contact us within the 3 days if there is any problems.

If for any reason, you would like to cancel the order before receiving it, please notify us within 12 hours after you made the payment. Once your order ships, we will not issue a refund until you ship the package back to us.


We accept payments via credit card.

Payment must be received before we ship. If the payment is pending, we will wait until the payment has processed properly before starting production.

Please be advised that the 5% GST and 7% PST tax applies to local orders from BC.

Sale discounts do not apply to orders placed prior to the time the sale took effective.


We ship from Vancouver, BC CANADA via Canada Post.

Orders can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to complete for shipping. Customer orders can take up to 3 weeks.

USA customers:

Delivery in 4 – 14 days to the United States
Delivery confirmation and the ability to track your package online
Coverage of up to $100 for loss or damage

All international orders, excluding orders from Russia, Brazil, China, and Ukraine, Indonesia, and Mexico will be shipped via Small Packet Airmail International.

We will only ship to Brazil, China, Russia, Indonesia, Mexico or Ukraine via International FEDEX tracked service for $120.00, which will include tracking and insurance.

At this moment, we DO NOT ship to RUSSIA.

We are not responsible for any tax & duty fees you may incur in your country, including VAT charges. If you have any questions about this, please visit your local post office prior to placing your order with us.

The buyer has the right to refuse the package if they do not want to pay for VAT/Tax and Duty fees, but we will only refund for the cost of the item only.

We do not know what rate each country’s customs office will charge on imports.

These rates varies with each country. Each country’s local customs officer who process each package entering each country will determine the customs and duties due for the package.

We have no control over how long it takes for a package to clear customs! If your order is time sensitive, please message us if you need to upgrade shipping!

Additional policies and FAQs


Jewelry Care:
Our jewelry are handmade and delicate. Please handle with care, wear them often, and store them away properly in a small plastic bag to prevent the precious metals from tarnishing. Also keep your jewels away from water/soaps/chemicals.

Caring for sterling silver jewelry:
Sterling silver is a precious metal and will naturally tarnish when it is exposed to oxygen. To keep its shine, keep it in an air tight plastic zippy bag when you are not wearing it. Or, if it is already tarnishing, simply use a polishing cloth / dip it into a sterling silver cleaning solution.

Caring for vermeil gold and gold plated jewelry:
Our vermeil gold has a base layer of sterling silver with a 14KT gold plating. It is suitable for everyday wear, but like with many fine jewelry, please keep it away from soaps and chemicals to prevent the gold plating from fading.

Caring for gemstones:
Keep your semi-precious gemstone jewelry separate from diamond jewelry. Diamonds are the hardest stones and if they come into contact with softer stones, they may cause scratches and marks.

Custom orders are welcome:
We do custom orders, if there is something special you had in mind, please contact us. We could make a sample for you to see before you make a purchase. If you would like the sample to be sent to you, we would make a custom listing for you for payment first.

Pre-orders may take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to create and ship. We need to wait for our materials to arrive before we can start production.

Reserving items for more than 2 days:
We will only reserve an item if we receive a minimum of 25% deposit.

Sold items:
We try to keep designing new and fresh creations. However, if you see something you like in our sold items, please contact us. We would be more than happy to remake it and post a custom listing for you!
